Santa Rosa Mall is a 633,000 square foot, single-story enclosed mall located in Mary Esther, Florida. Strategically located on Florida’s Emerald Coast near Destin, it is the only regional mall between Pensacola and Panama City, and is adjacent to Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field.

Santa Rosa Mall is currently anchored by Dillard’s and JCPenney and includes national tenants such as Planet Fitness, Old Navy and Regal Cinemas. The mall is also undergoing a large-scale redevelopment that will include a 229-unit apartment complex on the former Belk site and the conversion of the vacant Sears into a self-storage & retail mixed use development.
