Daniel P. Friedman’s expertise lies in strategic planning and deal structuring. He is primarily responsible for Radiant’s equity raising activities and investor relations.
Mr. Friedman began his real estate career in 1984 at Newmark & Co., where he was involved with acquisitions, financings and property management of office buildings in NYC. In 1991, Mr. Friedman joined Enterprise Asset Management, a developer of regional malls and office buildings, becoming President in 1996.
Before founding Radiant Partners in 2000, Mr. Friedman served as president, CEO and trustee of First Union Real Estate Equity and Mortgage Investments, a publicly traded, diversified REIT which owned shopping malls, office buildings, multi-family and parking. At First Union, he oversaw a corporate restructuring that included a rights offering, a spin-off of a parking management company, the restructuring of company bank lines and mezzanine loans and the disposition of assets valued at $800 million.
Mr. Friedman previously served as a Director for Parkway Properties (PKY:NYSE) and for Imperial Parking (IPK:AMEX). Mr. Friedman was educated at Stanford University and Harvard Business School.

David Schonberger focuses primarily on new business development and asset management. He is responsible for all of Radiant’s development and construction projects including renovations and large tenant installations.
Mr. Schonberger started his real estate career managing office, retail and residential development projects as a superintendent and project manager for Greenwich Associates. Later, he founded Northbrook Realty Group, a development and construction company, and Legacy Construction Corporation, a third-party office management company.
In early 1998, Mr. Schonberger joined Enterprise Asset Management to oversee all development activities of its $500 million real estate portfolio. In November 1998, Mr. Schonberger joined First Union Real Estate and Mortgage Investments (FUR:NYSE) with responsibility for development and management of the office, residential and parking portfolios.
Mr. Schonberger earned a degree from Connecticut College.

Donald R. Craven is responsible for asset management for all Radiant projects. He oversees day-to-day operations of the properties as well as construction and leasing, and provides training and guidance to the on-site management teams.
Mr. Craven started his career in the hospitality industry and for the first twelve years, opened and operated 52 Marriott Hotels. In 1997 he became director of office and parking for First Union Real Estate Equity and Mortgage Investments (FUR:NYSE); he joined Radiant Partners in 2001.
Over the years, Mr. Craven earned a B.S./Hotel and Restaurant Management from Ashland College, as well as several prestigious awards, including Hotel Manager of the Year (1989) from Marriott and Member of the Year (2006) from BOMA.

Robert MacRae focuses on acquisitions and new business development as well as asset management and investor reporting.
Mr. MacRae began his career in real estate industry master planning, leasing and managing retail developments throughout Intrawest’s (IDR: NYSE) portfolio of North American resorts. He later joined Walt Disney Imagineering’s real estate division in a strategy and development capacity where he directed the planning and disposition of the company’s Central Florida holdings. Prior to joining Radiant Partners, Mr. MacRae held development and asset management roles with Trammell Crow Company’s retail development team, in Houston, TX.
Mr. MacRae is a graduate of both the University of Western Ontario and Harvard Business School.

Mrs. Friedman focuses primarily on leasing, redevelopment and asset management.
Mrs. Friedman started her real estate career in consulting for private commercial real estate owners. In this capacity, she advised clients on a variety of issues related to the refinancing and disposition of assets including office buildings, retail centers, hotels and skilled nursing facilities. During her four years as a consultant, she worked on several transactions including the refinancing of a portfolio of 167 skilled nursing facilities, the sale of a Manhattan office building, debt restructuring for two office buildings and two hotels and the refinancing of a Westchester shopping center. In addition, she assisted clients with ongoing management matters such as property tax appeals, union labor negotiations, leasing and DCF modeling.
Mrs. Friedman is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Geeta Chester serves as accounting manager for Radiant Partners. Ms. Chester handles all accounting functions and is responsible for day to day cash management and banking relations. Her previous experience includes over twenty years as controller in the parking industry. Ms. Chester has a BA in business administration and accounting from Baruch College.

Sarah B. Hutchens has been the office manager for Radiant Partners since 2000. Previously, she performed the same role at First Union’s New York City office. In addition to working with all third-party service providers and contractors, Ms. Hutchens is responsible for loan servicing, reporting and reserve requests. She also provides technology support.
Ms. Hutchens graduated from the College of William and Mary.

T. J. Luty has been a part-time office assistant at Radiant Partners since 2017. T. J. supports all members of the team in various capacities. Previously T. J. worked in the volunteer department at God’s Love We Deliver, where he remains a volunteer, and at the corporate office of J.Crew, where he remains a customer. He holds a BA from Providence College and he is also a ‘full-time’ dad to his son.
