Seacourt Pavilion is a 250,000 square foot, two-story retail shopping center located in southern New Jersey. Situated on a main intersection in Toms River, and across from Simon’s 893,000 square foot Ocean County Mall, Seacourt boasts traffic counts of 50,000 cars per day and a trade area of 159,000 people. The center is anchored by Homegoods, Marshalls, Ashley Furniture and an AMC 10 Theater. Pier I Imports and Artisan’s Restaurant & Brewery also occupy pad sites adjacent to the center. New development opportunities include three pad sites for an additional 20,000 square feet along the front of the center.
